Final edition of TAPS yearbook on sale, move to quarterly magazine outlined

TAPS, Clemson University’s yearbook since 1908, will print its final edition at the end of the 2017–18 academic year. Following a steady decline in yearbook sales, the student media group decided to move to a quarterly interest magazine beginning in the fall of 2018.
 
Clemson establishes parks lab to examine social, human issues in parks, protected areas

Clemson University faculty have established the Park Solutions Lab to study the social aspects and human dimensions of issues related to parks and protected areas. The lab will allow faculty to benefit from a physical space that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of capturing data related to visitor use and human-environment interactions.
 
Department of art’s annual fall Ceramic Bowl Sale to be held Nov. 15

The ceramics studio in the department of art at Clemson University will hold the annual Fall Ceramics Bowl Sale from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, in the hallway in front of the Lee Gallery in Lee Hall.
