Clemson University’s Video Production Services has won seven Telly Awards that honor the best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, video and film productions.

 
Greenville resident named to NRA All-American Air Rifle Team

Amy Presher of Greenville, a sophomore majoring in packaging science at Clemson University, was named to the National Rifle Association’s All-American Air Rifle Team. Presher is a member of Clemson’s air rifle club team, which recently won the Intercollegiate Rifle Club Championship April 9-11 at Purdue University.

Jeff Russell, a native of Oshkosh, is the recipient of the 2010 Arthur and Myra Fear Theatre Arts Award and the 2010 Outstanding Student in Performing Arts Theatre Award at Clemson University.

 
Foothills Master Naturalist program begins May 1

Register now for the South Carolina Master Naturalist training that begins May 1 in the western Carolinas. Training is held in natural areas, including the Foothills Equestrian Nature Center (FENCE) in Tryon.

 
Basking Ridge native honored at Clemson University

Lindsay Morelli, a native of Basking Ridge, was the recipient of the Mu Beta Psi Award for Choral Music at Clemson University. A senior performing arts major concentrating in voice, Morelli was among the students honored at the College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities’ 2010 Honors and Awards Ceremony at the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.
